Delivery Timeframe
All goods are dispatched from our Mumbai Warehouse. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Upon dispatch, we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 5-7 business days with Standard Delivery and 1-3 business days with Express Delivery. Please note it can take longer during Festive and Sales Rush. Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to deliver within their recommended service time frames successfully.
Where can you deliver orders?
Currently, we can only send orders to addresses within India, we are unable to ship to international addresses but we may have a website in your country.
What are your delivery charges?
Free Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs.1500. Rs100 will be shipping charges on all orders below Rs.1500. No Standard Shipping charges will apply for Loyalty Members. The minimum order value is Rs. 500(net of all discounts and vouchers). Express Delivery charges will be Rs 200 on orders below Rs.1500 and Rs100 on orders above Rs.1500. Express Delivery charges for Loyalty Members will be Rs. 100 on all orders. Express Delivery is available on Selected Pincodes.
Packaging Disclaimers
As part of our commitment to the environment, we will continue to focus on reducing our packaging, which minimizes the impact on our environment. As such, some of our products do not come with extra packaging such as safety seals and inner lids. Our products are also packaged to provide sufficient ‘head space’ to minimize content leakage, sometimes resulting in cream shifting within the container during delivery
